is from New Maryland with a contribution of $650 to Pratham Canada. Instead of
purchasing a dress and accessories for her prom, she wore a dress she already
had and borrowed her mother’s accessories. The money she saved was donated to
Pratham Canada. It is initiatives like this, where kind and sincere thought behind
a donation makes a world of a difference. Giving to charity is not simply about
donating what you don’t require, but donating something that is dear to you,
that you are willing to give up for a cause that you believe in. Pratham is
